Since april 2019, SABESP has been conducting works in the Jardim Ângela region, São Paulo’s South Side, to improve and modernize its infrastructure and to reduce water losses.
73 million reais have been invested to increase the water supply's efficiency. Works should be concluded in the first semester of 2020 and will provide for 380 thousand residents of the Jardim Ângela, Jardim Capela, Alto da Riviera, Parque do Lago, Jardim São Lourenço, Jardim Turquesa, Chácara Santa Maria, Vera Cruz and Jardim Aracati neighborhoods.
